About O2E (Ordinary to Extraordinary):
This all started with a vision. A passionate idea that Will and Jodi could make a difference in other people’s lives. O2E is about sharing positive energy and connecting with others to increase happiness, health, fulfillment, passion and potential. We wholeheartedly believe in the power of community. We are all capable of empowering each other. Life is short and we’re on a mission to turn ordinary days into extraordinary ones.
Life can be so challenging. With the hectic pace and all the demands, people tend to feel stressed out and overworked. Will and I have had our struggles and our share of seasons that we couldn’t wait to dig our way out of…
But, life is short. We have one life to live. Honestly who wants to settle for good? How about GREAT? Don’t ever lose sight of the relationship that is most important. What if we helped and showed you how to get from ordinary to EXTRAORDINARY? What if we threw out some great steps and actions to enhance, rejuvenate and rekindle your relationship? We have followed a strategy that has helped us create more extraordinary days than ordinary days.
Don’t wait. Create the very best version of your marriage or relationship that you can. If you have chosen to make a commitment, embrace it and enjoy it. It’s worth it!
About Jodi and Will
Jodi and Will have been married for 29 years. They have gained knowledge and experience in building deep, powerful relationships over the last two decades. Over the last 10 years Jodi and Will have mentored numerous engaged couples through sponsorship and volunteer opportunities.
Over 30 years ago, I started my education studying family social science. I was so passionate about it, but somehow found myself in the healthcare field. All the while, relationships and marriages have always been my passion. I have made my way through every well-known author from John Gottman to Gary Chapman. The resources are endless.
It was 2014 when Will and I were challenged with one of the hardest years of our married life. From loss, to injuries, to health scares, to financial setbacks…the pain kicked me in gear to take a good look at what kind of impact I wanted to have on the world. How could I serve others?
I found myself back at school studying organizational leadership. It was a beautiful program that guided me into new self-awareness and allowed me to see the world from different lenses.
But, most importantly, my hands on experience of navigating my way through 29 years of marriage and still being passionately in love with my partner gives me the highest credentials.
I have been educator for 23 years. I started out in education teaching physical education and health classes. I received my masters degree in Educational Leadership in 2002. I am currently the Activities Director and Head Wrestling Coach at Simley High School. I love to teach, I love to educate, I love to help others reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves.
